If we must take in 10,00 refugees should we divide them equally and send them to the sanctuary cities ?

    Uh, you are confused. Refugees have nothing to do with "sanctuary" cities. Refugess HAVE authorization to be here.

    We SHOULD, of course, take in MANY MORE than that.
