Is it true, that legally, you can still discriminate against fat people and smokers in America?

I still don;t like either, and I would feel much more comfortable in my distain towards these two groups

    well if it's a family owned business you can discriminate against whomever you want based on your beliefs.

    You aren't allowed to discriminate against anyone....its the law.

    Whether it is or not, being fat or smoking is nothing to do with anyone else apart from the individual.
