How do I make sure my programs never ever ever ever open on my second monitor? No matter what.?
Windows seems to think it should do this to my first monitor. Even when I make it my primary monitor. Even when I always make sure to close every single program on the first monitor. How can I switch this effect to my first monitor?
They are different sized monitors so I can't physically swap them. And just to cut it off ahead of time, don't give any other fake answers similar to this. Real answers only please, that answer the question directly and only the question.
I have an Nvida video card. I made my first monitor primary by right clicking on the desktop.
I'm not going to explain individually why each one of 100 workarounds don't work. That's why. Maybe if Yahoo had more space I could give you a full system dump with all the specs of everything but it doesn't so wild guesses like these have an 0.2% chance of working. I'm pre-empting this because I've been on YA a long time ready others' questions and I know people hate to answer hard questions directly and give some cop-out solution instead.

Why don't you get matching monitors?
Maybe it's the monitors setup that are sending the message abotu which monitor is the primary.
