is basmati rice vegan?

I don t know if cooked & seasoned (like how it usually is) basmati rice is vegan.

like maybe it itself is, but what ever gives it flavor isn t.

please help!!

    Yes basmati rice is vegan, as it's a type of aromatic rice, that's grown in India, India are in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. India produces about sixty five percent of the world's basmati rice.

    Rice is a grain so therefore it is vegan.

    It is what you would add to it that would make the dish not vegan.

    Use vegetable broth in place of chicken or beef broth called for in any recipe.

    Using coconut oil can give a wonderful flavor and aroma to most rice dishes.

    Mushrooms and onions and you are on your way to a great pilaf or risotto type dish.

    No, it's grated basmati, which is yet another legless bird with the same problem as the male haggis, which is shouting that their goolies are hurt when they land. This then alerts the hunter that they are present.
