am doing research; what type of environment is most appealing to retirees? Type of housing?

    I am 62 years old. I think in a few years I will want a property on one level- no steps. I will want it to be simple to take care of. I no longer will want to bend over more than I have to or get up on ladders so stuff that is floor level or more than about seven feet high - I will have to get someone else to help me reach.
