Is it illegal to own exotic matter?

lets say somehow i got a hold on a particle accelerator and made anti matter and contained it in an electromagnetic filed. Would that be illegal? Also is there such thing as positricity. Like you have wires made of antimatter equivalent elements and instead of electrons its positrons
