    i guess it is shot vertically

    h = 1/2a*tup^2 = 9*13^2 = 1521 m

    final speed Vf = a*tup = 18*13 = 234 m/sec

    Δh = Vf^2/2g = 234^2/19.6 = 2794 m

    H = h+Δh = 1521+ 2794 = 4315 m

    total flyng time computation tf :

    -1521 = Vf*t-4.9t^2

    t = (234+√234^2+19.6*1521)/9.8 = 53.55 sec

    tf = t+tup = 53.55+13 = 66.55 sec
