In my opinion I prefer indian although , they are totally different food. Thai uses roots ingredients in their food like lemon grass, galangal, fresh turmeric or orange ginger, fresh ginger, etc while indian curry uses seeds lije coriander, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon, cardamon etc. Thai uses lemon/lime juice, tamarind juice or creamy coconut milk which gives their curry a sweet and sour tastes and lots of different herbs like basil, cilantro, kaffir lime leaves etc while indian uses ghee, yogurt, milk for a thick creamy base. Both are just as good but I prefer indian for that rich intense and complex flavor from breaking out those herb seeds oil for the curry base

Depends on what part of India. In the UK we have a plague of sameo sameo Bangladeshi restaurants masquerading as Indian and they use the one big pot of curry sauce with a few little changes to make bland poorly spiced dishes to suit the masses.
There are some Goa and South Indian restaurants around that produce food which is different and far more interesting and I would put them on the same level as a good Thai place.

Indian! I could live on Indian vegetarian dishes. They are too high in saturated fat to eat every day, though.

Thai, definitely Thai, but everyone will have different opinions, you just have to try them out for yourself

Both are equally appealing to me despite I have Indian roots.
