In skyrim, I have a mace that does 67 damage. Are there any better one handed weapons? If so Where can I get them?

This is not a simple answer because the power of any one-handed weapon depends on several factors, including your level, your perks, your one-handed skill, your enchantments (on the weapons and on your own gear), any potions you're drinking, and your ability to improve the weapons at a grindstone (which is based on your Smithing skill, Smithing potions and Smithing enchants).
For example, if you have the "Hack and Slash" perks, an axe will do more damage than a sword, in your hands. The Bladesman perks will increase damage done by swords. The Bone Breaker perks will increase damage done by maces.
See this link for a list of all one-handed perks: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:One-handed#Skill_P...
Weapons are "leveled" to you. So, for example, if you are only level 20, the best one-handed weapons you will be able to find will be Elven. Daedric and Dragonbone have the highest base damages in the game, but you need to either have a high enough Smithing skill to make them, or be high enough level to find them - or with Daedric, be a powerful enough Conjurer to use the Atronach Forge in the Midden of the College of Winterhold. And I think Dragonbone is part of the Dawnguard DLC, iirc.

Also, there are powerful artifacts in the game, such as Dawnbreaker, Chillrend, the Nightingale Blade, etc, but how powerful they are depends on your level when you find them. To find the most powerful version, you'd need to be level 46 or higher.
Weapons can be improved up to "legendary" quality at grindstones, but you need to have the Arcane Blacksmith perk in order to improve enchanted weapons. Wearing items with Fortify Smithing enchants and drinking Fortify Smithing potions helps, too.
I've played through Skyrim three times (total of 900 hours). My 1st character used Dawnbreaker and Chillrend earlier in the game - Dawnbreaker comes from doing the daedric quest for Meridia, find her temple near Solitude, but you have to be at least level 12. Chillrend can be found in the Thieves Guild questline. But pretty early on, I became a Nightingale and used the Nightingale Blade (also from the Thieves Guild questline). Then I added Dragonbane, dual wielding, which is from the main questline (found in Sky Haven Temple).
My 2nd character dual wielded daggers - the Blade of Woe from the Dark Brotherhood questline and Mehrunes Razor from the daedric quest Pieces of the Past out of Dawnstar (and required level 20). My 3rd character is a pure mage, no weapons, no armor, only magic.

Well, If thats on PC, When you've finished the main story plot, If you haven't already, Use mods for better swords.

The Best are the ones you Duel Enchant (Extra Effects Perk).
If you use a potion when crafting (smithy) and a potion to enchant as well you can make a very strong weapon.
