Why Muslim nations should set up Hajj management team?

The representatives of all Muslims countries do discuss on this issue ,then Saudi Arabia declare themselves to be the Dominion of the Two Holy Haramine ie;Mecca and Madenah.Now you see what happen to Mecca ,would Saudi Family come out to confess their real weakness in miss management of Hajj pilgrimage,No never.

Now it is the time that all Muslims Countries should set up certain countries in turn for each year to set up plan for the security and safety of the Huujart and each country of the world would abide by that.

So from now on the Saudi Government will not be able to claim as being the Dominion of the Twoo Haram of GOD any more. May GOD permits that.
