I'm confused what should I do?

You did not say how old you are but since you mentioned wearing heels I am going to assume you are in your teens and still attending school. Sooner or later you are going to come out of your closet about dressing, whether you want to or not. Do your parents have any idea about what you are doing? You said you love painting your nails. That creates some odor when you put it on and takes a few minutes to take off, so there is a good chance your parents will find out about your love of nail polish if they are not already aware of it. If you sit down with your parents and calmly tell them about your cross dressing and how you feel about it you can at least control the time and place rather than have it all come out when you least expect it. Your parents may already know some of what you are doing but are having as many problems saying anything to you as you are saying anything to them. You should also see a gender therapist who is a doctor that specializes in treating people with concerns like yours. Notice that I said concerns rather than problems. You should also go on line to read about cross dressing and transgender people. These are two somewhat different things and knowing about both of them will help you decide which one you are and how other people have dealt with similar problems of coming out of their closets.

Wait until you're 18. You can choose to be either a cross-dresser or a transgender.

You should be ashamed of yourself. God made you a boy. Don't turn into a Gaitlyn Transgenner. Talk to your parents and a pastor.
