If there is no mint mark or the D below Dwight Eisenhower's bust, its a common circulation coin that, if circulated, is worth pretty much face value. Some dealers might buy them in large quantities for as much as $1.10 each (depending on how much circulation they have) and other dealers won't touch them. If it's choice uncirculated or has the S mint mark, it's worth more.

The president on that coin is Eisenhower. The coin is common and never popular in circulation so is worth $1. If you had a 100 of them and could find a dealer willing to buy them all you might get $1.05 each.
