Why didn't I get my vc? NBA 2k16?
I preordered NBA 2k16 and I picked it up today. With the preorder I was suppost to get 10,000 VC and some more stuff. When I put the code in it said i got the stuff but when I clicked on the game I didn't have anything. Also, I bought 15,000 VC today cause it was on sale, but when I put the code in it said i got it but when I went to the game I didn't have any VC. What is wrong? Should I have played first, then put the code in? I did everything it said to do but I don't have anything I paid for. I'm so mad right now. Please help. Thanks

me too man. i pre ordered nba2k16 steam and upon playing nba2k16 my vc is still 0, i think there is a step to redeem it
