Is telekinesis/biokensis acctualy real?

I hear a lot of people say different things on this subject, and being a science enthusiast I find them both hard to believe. So can someone be telekinetic/biokinetic? If so how? Please no spititual bullshit. Thanks

    As a telekinesis and clairvoyant expert you cannot leave out spirituality as being the basis for those words connected and when shaken as close as oil and vinegar

    I don't know about biokinesis; I suppose that is telekinesis applied to living beings. If so, same lack of evidence.
