What happened to Steel Core Designs?
Recently, the website says it's "under construction" and it'll be "back soon." Did the company go bankrupt? Am I to expect it to ever return?
Steel Core Designs is a small British armament manufacturer that specializes in its Thunderbolt and Cyclone series of sniper rifles.

Under construction usually means that they are updating the website. While they are updating the website you can't use it so that is why they said be back soon. It usually has nothing to do with bankruptcy.
