My advice, don't. Just because you trust him now doesn't mean you can trust him in the future. Basically you're giving him free access to your credit card and whatever funds you have in your psn wallet. You also risk getting banned by psn.
Anyway if you're that gullible then you give him your log in info (again I suggest you don't) then have him set his ps4 as the primary ps4. Then you log in to your ps4 using his log in info and make your ps4 as his accounts primary ps4. Now when you buy anything he can use and anything he buys you can use.
Again don't do it. If he screws you over then you'll be sol. Nothing good can come out of it. If he decides to go on a spending spree and you didn't give him permission then you'll have to report it to psn which will get your account suspended if he spends over 125$ or something like that. You'll have to call the credit company and dispute the charges which isn't easy. Let's not mention having to deal with those Sony idiots.
Don't do it.
