You have to make the effort to get out there and look.You start by learning everything to do with dating.Then you learn about which women are good and which women are bad.There are plenty of books on dating,books on how to pick up women,which women to avoid,Body language,etc. You have to learn social skills to talk to women and communicate with them.Go into bookshops or online stores and look up books for guys.There are plenty there.
