Why does Yahoo answers allow a question to be asked multiple times on a daily basis?

    The software doesn't block it. One would have to report it, and even if Y!A did anything about it, the troll would just keep it up, using multiple accounts if necessary.

    I find it easier to ignore the posts. If everyone did that, I suspect the troll would lose interest.
