Don't use hot glue on any fabric.
Spandex stretches. Duck tape does not. Nor does fur.
Not sure how you are going to do this. That is a heck of a lot of fur to glue on.
Try Aleen's stretch glue. I have used it in dance leotards

But something like what you are talking about, your best bet is to create a FUR SUIT (not add hair to spandex)
