Do I need to go to landlord's agent's address to return house keys at the end of the tenancy? I want them to come to property to take keys.?
They are bad landlord and agent. I am not amused by their service. Nothing specified in the agreement. but the agent says "As per the letters sent to you notifying you of the terms of the end of the tenancy the return of the keys is your responsibility and they will need to be brought back to the xxxxx & Co Office. Rent/Mesne profits will be charged up to the day that the keys, and therefore property, are in the possession of either the landlord or the landlords agent."

Normally you would have a walk through with the landlord or property manager, after which you would turn the keys of the rental unit over to the landlord or property manager.
It appears as if this will not happen. Prior to turning the keys over to the property manager or landlord, you would want to make one last trip to the rental unit and take pictures of the walls, carpet, cabinets, bathrooms and ceiling. This pictures would become very important in the event you are sued for damages or repairs to the rental unit after you leave.
You are required to return the keys to the property manager or landlord. Since this is the case, you should make arrangements to return them to the address indicated, even if the lease does or might not address this particular situation. It is not worth the drama, or potential financial cost to you that might be charged to you each day you have not returned the keys.
It is up to you if you want to make a big deal out of the keys being collected at the rental unit or you return them to the office or where the property manager or landlord would want you.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Yes you need to deliver the keys as specified in the lease. And this is a key issue, no pun intended. Delivering the keys back to the landlord, or agent of the landlord, is delivering possession back to the landlord. Your tenancy is not officially complete until this is done. As a result, if you are late in doing so you will become instantly liable for another months (or additional days if the landlord will prorate) of rent regardless whether or not you use the property. Good Luck.

If your tenancy contract it says the return of the keys is your responsibility which of course it is, it is also sensible to arrange for them to do a walk through of the property with you, take photos and get a letter as a sign off as all is OK, including giving them the keys then, so you leave the property in their care once they have signed off to say it is OK

You need to do a walk through with the landlord... both of you... together. You don't leave them the keys, let them look it over and decide whether to give you your deposit back or not. You should do the walk through WITH them. You hand them the keys at that time.

You need to return the keys to them or you will be charged for the days that you have them. Also you will be charges a locksmith fee for the landlords to get in when they need to get in and change the locks.
Make sure you leave the property in good condition and take pictures or video. Clean the blinds, drawers, ceiling fans, replace burnt out light bulbs, change air filter, sweep garage, etc so you are not charged any cleaning fee.

Since your lease specifically says it is your responsibility to take the keys to them, you must do that. However, it's a good idea to do a walkthrough at the house with them and return the keys them. Call the office and suggest that.

Why are you creating drama where there doesn't need to be any? Just take them the dang freaking keys. If you decide you want to crap in your hand and throw it at them on the way out the door, don't be surprised when you're the one who ends up soiled.

It's in your best interests to do a final walk-through anyway, so make an appointment for the agent meet you at the property. If you ask for a walk-through and they flat out refuse, that doesn't look too good for them.

You need to return them. If you do not, you will be charged for them. Landlords do not go chasing them down.

Phone them and ask them to collect the keys. They will hold a spare set.
