You can consult your local dentist - be aware that it will be quite expensive. Or you can ask the help of a fangsmith. The only one that I know of is Father Sebastiaan:

If you want to be pale, your only option is avoid the sun as much as you can (hats, sunscreen, parasols); that is, if you are Caucasian; if you are a POC it will be more complicated. There is no way to turn any type of skin white. Alternatively, you can use makeup to appear paler. Be aware that avoiding the sun completely will likely result in deficiencies of D vitamin.
