Is Windows 10 better to use than Windows Ultimate 7.?

Well I would consider upgrading simply because it's only free this first year from its release. You can always rollback if you didn't like it and then you still have reserved your free upgrade if you later want to use Windows 10.
If you get Windows 10 to work without problems on your PC it's actually good and better than Windows 7.
