I am lucky in that I checked on my Lenovo tablet/laptop's compatibility status and the stylus and tablet were reported as incompatible with windows 10 so I didn't go for the freebee.
I just checked the programs list in windows 7 and found u torrent listed with a Greek letter mu at the beginning. Is that possibly why you cannot find it? Look for µTorrent.
I haven't used lobits, but I find the uninstall and start modules of CCleaner a bit more powerful than the Microsoft versions.
I find the download interface at Filehippo useful also.

In the rare cases when the Chrome browser acts badly and won't close, Ccleaner will close it.
Good luck!

I wish I knew, as Windows 10 messed up my HP Pressario Computer. Never opened up so I can use it after Windows 10 downloaded. Microsoft people suggested I join a "forum" to seek answer.
(I now am using an old Window XP98, which I had luckily saved and not thrown away, had to download Firefox program to make it work, since the old XP program was obsolete.)
Turns out hundreds if not thousands of people have had their computers crash after downloading Windows 10, and no workable solution has been suggested except to:
-- try to open up with New User", then you can delete programs from there, or do a system restore.
My problem is I cannot even open "start" menu or click on the "new user" icon, with the desktop not even opening.
I posted a question on Answers asking how to fix this over month ago,
no one answered me.
Other people on MS Forum reported "funny stuff" with other programs that failed after upgrading to Windows 10.
Good luck.

I would go back to the Previous Windows Version and delete from there and then do a System Restore. As in Uninstall. I looked on Line and found this blog also.

I like Iobits uninstaller program. It comes with their Advanced System Care. Which is free but I have paid for the fancier version.
