What if homeless people started trying to give you money?

Update:

I was in the nyc subway once and some old crazy possibly homeless guy dumps 500$ in 20$s on my lap and gets off the subway (i handed it to the cops and 90 days later they said i can keep it and gave it back)

    I saw that once on a candid camera show.........

    the "homeless bum", would get up and stop someone, and give THEM some money.

    I would look around for the cameras. Someone would be trying to punk me.
