did this fever cause brain damage? HELP?

alright so im a male, 15 years old, 130lbs. for the past 4 days ive had a fever. the highest the tempreture went up to is 104 degrees. on the second day of being sick i started feeling spaced out and my mind feels like its in a cloud. ive never gotten this feeling before. could the fever have caused brain damage?

    Fevers do not cause brain damage, but fevers (while present) can affect the ability to think, and they can even cause hallucinations or make people pass out. These types of things look very serious but they are not actually dangerous. Its the things that cause the fever that might be dangerous.
