Should the US continue to exclude obese people from discrimination laws?

Currently, a business or institution can legally discriminate against these fat and overweight people in society. However, there are groups trying to make being fat and repulsive acceptable. Should the Supreme court and legal system consider protecting these people? Is it a disability or just the sin of gluttony and selfishness?

Actually, that is not true. Obesity is included as a disability and as 'perception of disability'

A simple google search would prove it.

    Search ADA obesity

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) now claims obesity is a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA).

While your weight is not something out of your cobtrol like your ethnicity or orientation and therefore should not be covered by the same regulations, you still shouldn't be allowed to be a dick to someone becuase they're fat like you seem to be trying to be.

How are they being discriminated against? There should not be a federal law forcing anyone to embrace people they dont like.
