why won't single ladies go out even date me for that mater?

i'm a single 30 year old living tight here in a southern Ca city called Victorville where I have a place of my own and a grate job & attendant church as well as run ior ride my bicycle around all the sounding cities in the area but I come across a bit shy at first but worm up quickly I m 5foot 9 inches tall not rich or powerful but very rescannable as well as truthful but I goes most ladies don't like me because I don't drive a car because i'm legally blind where I take the city bus or ride my bicycle or walk to places
