Which is why it's usually better done by a professional, or somebody experienced. Did you breed this puppy because if not, he's at least a month too young to be away from whoever did breed him. And for sure, a puppy of only 4 weeks shouldn't be anywhere other than in the whelping box with his siblings if you bred him, or somewhere safe (crate) if you didn't and can't supervise him.
