How do I enlarge the shortcut icons on my windows 8.1 desktop?

    Right click on a blank place on desktop and click view.

    You will see small, medium, and Large.

    If you want the text under the icons larger right click on

    desktop and click screen resolution. then click make

    text and other items larger or smaller.

    Right click, Properties. Display and change icon size.
