Are there any Blood Thinners and Cholesterol lowering drugs that ...?
do not get metabolized through the Liver?
If you know, can you please name the Drugs?
I've been prescribed both Clopidogrel and Atorvastatin; and I'm having unpleasant side effects.

No. Everything is metabolized through your liver.
If you're having problems, talk to your doctor. There is no perfect option but your doctor will know the best available options.

for blood thinners, aspirin is a good alternative, but don't do it without your doctor's permission. but people usually do not react badly to clopidogrel, so i doubt your side effects are from that..
as for the atorvastatin, what kind of side effects? if it is muscle aches, sore joints, or possibly discoloration of the urine (coca-cola color), then it could be symptoms of rhabdomyolysis and should contact your doctor immediately. if it is other symptoms, then you could possibly try another statin. statins are the best for cholesterol lowering, so it would be good if you could remain on a statin. the statins are metabolized by different liver enzymes (least liver metabolism with pravastatin and pitavastatin) so you might react to them differently.

NO.
ANY drug that effects the blood IS going to effect the levier, as the liver is where blood and blood-related products are decomposed and gotten rid of.

To answer your question, aspirin is eliminated by the kidneys and isn't eliminated by liver metabolisation. I am not saying it's the right medicine for you.
