Why has this girl block me on Instagram? I have never talked to her in 2 years or even seen her. I have been following her on Instagram only and then suddenly she blocked me? I have not been writing to her any comments on her pictures or anything in 2 years or even linking her pictures. And i have been not trying to be a creep. So why did she block me?

ok as a girl myself i forget who people are a lot and will block random people in my followers that i dont know.
maybe she thought you had a crush on her and she doesnt want you to?

She may have meant to block someone else. Or maybe she did mean it, and it could be for any reason under the sun-- maybe she saw something of yours on Facebook or Twitter (if you've added her on there) that she didn't like, for example.
But really, if you guys haven't talked in years, and running with the assumption that she's just a random acquaintance, I'm a little confused as to why you're worrying about it so much.
