Selena Gomez Concert: Revival?

So, I ordered the Selena Gomez Album for the website that includes the pre-sale code. When will the pre-sale happen? Is that what the D2C presale is? And, when will I receive the e-mail with code. The email they sent me to log into my account is messed, up, so I can't login to my account on the website, will I still be able to have access to the pre-sale? Thank you! :D

    does anyone have a code they do not want to use? really want tickets for my niece but im afraid they will sell out by the time the tickets go on sale...
