Asking to be protected, healed, guided and taught during dreams, and visualizing a bright golden white sphere around self before going to sleep helps many.

The demons are former angels of God fallen to their wickedness , said , in fact , demons !
So the spirits are asexual , they do not have a body , but only the spirit !
