Help me with my ad?

So i'm in the MLM industry and i'm looking to recruit more reps into my business i posted this ad on craigslist a few weeks back and got some calls and emails: NOW HIRING!

I'm thinking about advertising this ad on tables at some of the very successful restaurants around town but want your option on my ad. should i tweak it? Should i leave it like it is? What should i do?
