Nokia Lumia 820 or Samsung Galaxy s3?

NONE! These are outdated phones and you won't be able to use the new features which new smartphones are coming up with even through updates!
But apart from these two, I would suggest Lumia 820 for long term use (Samsung phones starts lagging soon).
I would like to suggest you Lumia 630 which is a new model and is AMAZING and is at the same price! Or Lumia 435 at a cheaper price! :)
