Meh - that sucks. Well, they're not really a 'friend' are they?
Start distancing yourself from them slowly. Stop inviting her to things, tell her straight. Be assertive and in control of your situation. Don't tell her things, leave it to her imagination.
The more ammo you give these people, the worst it will get.
You seem like a generally happy person, don't make time for these snakes in the grass.

Take a poop in their bed. That usually works for me.
