Mini donkey hasn't started bagging up yet?

So last fall we bred one of our mini donkey jennets to a mini horse. We left her there for about a month, we brought her home on October 21st 2014. It will be her first foal. She is very big now, and is most defiantly having a baby in the near future. But, she hasn't started carrying any milk yet. Were going to call the vet tomorrow, but do you think she's okay? Is this normal? (Yes, she is acting normal and heathly.) thanks.

She'll seek seclusion for birth, but sheep or goats should not matter.

    Quoting from the reference below:

"For the horse, the average length of gestation is 335-345 days while in donkeys it is 360-375 days or more. Normal donkey foals have reportedly been born at 10 ½ months up to 14 months of gestation. "

She's "DEFIANTLY?" having a baby? I thought you said you purposely bred her and therefore WANT her to have the foal?

Heres a recent pic of her- also, when should I separate her from the other animals?
