how to ask a girl out ( In College ) ?

I knew her from like year , she is awesome play video games as I wish to have in my Girlfriend , she is pretty and cool she like drifting too q.q she breaks my heart when I see her talking with other guys , I have her number her facebook , I got it from first time we meet , I don't have a problem to get numbers , my biggest problem is , how the hell can I ask her out ? yeah we had a fight before :D big one I felt she escaping from me once and I got mad I told her u are say that u are my friend , but u don't show , we don't hang out blah blah , then we stoped talking for 4 monthes I think , but we are fine now , the fight was because I wanted to hang out with her outside the college XD she didn't want , the rezon was I don't know you really well, I told her what one year ? we knew each other , she said oh the guys I hang out with I knew them from like 5 years , anyway what should I do ? tell her hey I like you I want to be your boyfriend ? by the way she is really busy with college as me , we are at dentistry college
