Can I use Lost IPhone?

I bought an iPhone 6plus on a recent trip to the U.S... However when I got home and put my sim in to activate it, it says it has been reported Lost! Can I still use this device? Even just for my social media apps or something? Thanks guys.

    As you mention iPhone is showing "reported lost", its already blocked. So you can't access it. and In case you want to need a good security app do try Leo Privacy Guard to make your device totally free available in iTunes.

    Sounds like you bought a stolen phone, in which case you won't be able to use it if activation lock is turned on.

    Can you put your icloud into it or is it still icloud locked? If its icloud locked then you are hosed, you should have checked that before buying it.
