Anything you ship worth more than $20 should have a customs form. Even some small trinket not worth anything should have a form, since CBSA will hold the package until they can confirm what's inside and whether they need to collect duty or taxes on it.

You would stick a label similar to this one on the outside. The US Postal Service has them for you.

The least expensive way to ship this would be using USPS. They may not be as fast as a courier like Fedex or UPS, but they don't cost an arm and a leg either.

As for how to ship it, you want to package it so that no one knows what is inside just by feeling the envelope, and there is little or no chance it will get broken, or the envelopw gets ripped and your bracelet falls out and gets lost. A padded envelope sounds like it should be okay. Maybe inside the envelope, stick the bracelet inside a Ziploc sandwich bag. That way, even if the envelope gets a small hole or tear in it, the bracelet can't really move around inside and fall out that hole.

    1. Yes, a customs form is a good idea.

    2. Mail. It's the cheapest, by far.

    3. Sure. It's a really good idea. In Canada, our Post Office even sells them.

Yes, UPSP & Yes. If the item is breakable, better use a small box.
