Can anyone recommend a device I can use as an mp3 music player NOT made by Apple?

I was using a blackberry curve 8530, an old phone I had, but it just started to fall apart. It was great for playing music I liked how I could switch songs without looking at the device, and if I needed to find a song I could type it in if needed. I was looking at the cell phones in the sonim xp series, the 5 sounds great I want something that'll be tough. Also practical if I need it for its phone features, but it's not as tough as the next year's model the 6. But, the 6 only allows up to 8 gb not including bloatware of data. Id definitely need more. Price doesn't matter

Sony makes a nice one that has either a model for 8 GB or another for 16 GB memory. I think it's called a Walkman. I own one myself. It plays MP3 files I get from my Windows Media Player.
