Reduce the size of pdf using adobe or foxit reader and offline be must?
i have 5 pdf files each of 4.5 mb derived from coral draw
now i need to create a single file combining 5 files where total file size should not exceed 3mb
so how to rearrange and join them again?
the other restrictions are
1. page nos are not sequential i have to rearrange them
2. the quality should not be compromised
3. it should be done offline.
