Oh my goodness, I saw that so much in middle school! It's ridiculous, wearing boxer shorts, knee high rainbow socks, mismatched leggings and some random baggy shirt does not make you look cool or unique. You look just stupid along with the other 80% of the other kids your age. The only time I would wear something like that EVER is for spirit days when I dress up all crazy and matchy matchy(: But, some people need to realize, every day is not dress up day. And wearing clothes that make you look stupid does not make you unique since your just copying everyone else in your grade who does it. Me and my friend always laugh at kids like this. So to sum up my whole answer in a sentence: Looking stupid and looking unique are completely different things.
