Difference in yu Gi oh decks?
I want to buy a yugioh deck and would like to know which is better a starter deck booster deck or synchro deck. And is there a xyz deck or do I have to get those cards separately, also I want to build a strong water deck any suggestions

Get a structure deck. If you want a water deck, there aren't many options. There's Realm of the Sea Emperor, which kinda sucks but includes a lot of Atlanteans. You could get your hands on some Mermails later on and build a pretty good deck with those two.
As for Xyz, you could get the Zexal starter decks (Dawn of Xyz, Xyz Symphony, V for Victory). The first one really sucks but has Grenosaurus and Gachi Gachi (As well as Utopia. They all have Utopia). The Second has slightly better cards and the most Xyz monsters. The third has the best monsters but the worst Xyzs.
There's also the Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon tin. That one's good.

Soooo all of the structure decks are pretty bad to be honest. The best deck you could build with them is if you get 3 of the Lightsworn structure decks and edit the cards to make 1 deck since each structure deck doesn't have all the cards needed.
