Quick Tokyo Ghoul question: Does Touka live in Anteiku or does she have her own house?

I haven't read the manga, so I'm referring to the anime

Touka lives in Anteiku. Anteiku is a refuge for many ghouls, such as when Hinami and her mother went there. The building has several upper rooms just for that purpose. There are several vague references to her living there throughout the series.
