Is this a problem?

I ordered something on Amazon and the confirmation email from Amazon didn't come. When I check the recently ordered section, it said that I ordered what I intended to order. What does this mean? Will the item I ordered ship?

    First of all, I love your profile pic (off topic, but I'm just saying). I think it will be shipped, because sometimes emails don't go through and may not have reached you. I'd wait for it to show up, and if it doesn't soon enough, then contact Amazon and they'll get it straitened out. Amazon has generally good customer service.
