Do you think the post office would have this many stamps?
So i do a lot of advertising for my business which is very successful. I'm going to be rolling out in the next 10 days a postcard campaign where i will be sending out 16,000 postcards at once. I saw that you could order the postcard stamps online but do you think my local post office would have 16,000 postcard stamps i could buy at my local post office tomorrow?

Use a stamp machine, they cost less for mass use since it only will charge you for the exact weight of the postcard and not the flat ~$0.55 or whatever the cost is now. They're commonplace in industrial or mass-mailing applications.
Visit USPS' website and they will have details on this.

Of course they won't, and only a fool would want to "put stamps" on 16,000 postcards anyway! Assuming it took you four seconds to peel & stick each stamp, it would take you SEVENTEEN HOURS to put all those stamps on, and cost you $5,600
You could FRANK that mail for a tiny fraction of that price....

Bulk mail is the way to go or even use an agency to mail for you. Both will be considerably cheaper.

answer is "no" and usps has a special rate for what is considered as a bulk mailer; you need to contact them for info
