I haven't been able to post a picture with my answer for a week or so?
I get a sad face making excuses for Yahoo's problems. Is a glitch or is the site making new rules?

No reason given why it's happening. That is either this weeks glitch happening or a way to benefit
Yahoo by making us use Flickr more.
It may be a way to stop the spam images too, we just don t know.
One way to add a photo right now and have the image show is from Flickr. You post the link and the photo shows. You would have to upload the photos to a Flickr account or use a public photo and add the link in your question or answer. You can add links to other sites just not upload images saved on your computer.

Stop trying to post pics of your face and then yahoo will let you post pics :-)
