My fathers mom passed away in July 2007 in ca. My dad passed in March 2008 in WI and left a will. Who gets his share of the estate?

    Your father left a will. Read it and you'll find out who gets what after all the debts of the estate have been settled.

    Which estate? For him, whomever he named in his will. If he didn't have a will, then state probate law (WI) dictates how his estate is settled. His mom's estate is a separate matter.

    There is no entitlement. People can leave their property to whomever they want. Who did your grandmother leave her belongings to? If there was no Will, then state law applies, which varies from state to state. Who did your father leave his assets to? We are not mind readers.
