It is not so much the brand of phone that lets you block a number, it is the operating system. There are different apps for Android phones that let you block numbers, Mr.Number, Privacy Star and Calls Blacklist to name 3, all free on Google Play.

Yes, under options or when you click the phone number of the person, don't dial, look at the options and block option is what you click and poof no more calls from 1800 Pakistan. Or 1-800 India.

go to the specific contact and scroll down to the bottom of the info page for that contact then click the block button. if you dont have the contact saved then click the number, add to new contact, save the contact then do as above, and block it :)
